Alexandra Pharaoh – Leadership Consultant

Alexandra is the latest addition to the Digital Board team, as a Leadership Consultant. Coming from a Human Resources background she has a wealth of experience, principally from the Automotive industry, supporting almost every business function within, and of course including IT.

Operating in a global matrix is where her experience lies; outsourcing, insourcing, organisational re-design, recruiting, leadership development, coaching – she’s done it all; and now chooses to share her knowledge and experience amongst our team, our client base and their teams. Her experience allows her to truly understand the complexity, nuances, and quirks of your business, identify what or who is needed, and help ensure the right fit for all.

Alexandra enjoys travel, and together with her young family has lived and worked overseas on various assignments, giving her a unique viewpoint and appreciation for different cultures, and she values the rich experiences that can be found when ‘away from home’.
