Mark DuPont – Senior Researcher

Mark Dupont joined the Digital Board in 2016. In that time, he has worked on numerous high-level searches for our clients. These positions have predominantly been for Chief Information and Technology Officers as well as Chief Digital Officers, and other top team level roles.

His own role is quite niche as he is normally the first point of contact on any assignment, briefing technology leaders on our opportunities, establishing how well these may suit their experience and interests, and where there is interest, to explore a role further.

He has worked in executive research since 1996, spending the first half of his career specialised in City banking, wealth management, and investment management roles, before expanding to include sectors such as management consulting, real estate, and human resources. Since 2016 he has focused heavily on technology leadership roles.

Originally from Melbourne, Australia, he is a French national and fluent French speaker, having spent over 6 years in French-speaking countries. He emigrated to the United Kingdom in 1987 and holds a degree in philosophy and French from the University of Bristol.
